Vitalize seeks an entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, highly organized community manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a part-time role in growing an investing community that empowers "angel investing for everyone." Experience in community building and 3+ years of work experience are required.
The Community Manager is a contract role to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Member Growth & Onboarding
- Grow the membership to ensure a consistent pipeline of new and active angel investors
- Onboard new members to the VITALIZE Angels platform
Member Engagement and Education
- Be the point person for answering member questions
- Manage member database & analytics in Airtable and Google spreadsheets
- Facilitate member engagement via online channels, virtual events, and in-person events where applicable
- Maintain metrics on our community engagement efforts
Newsletter + Communications
- Create and send a weekly newsletter for community members
- Regularly evaluate newsletter and email metrics to determine any changes necessary to our strategy
Investments
- Schedule and run webinars for community investment opportunities each month
- Aggregate member feedback on investment opportunities via What’s App and email; coordinate with the investment team on any follow-ups required
- Answer member questions about open deals
